Morning/Early Afternoon (Getting Ready):

• 10:00 AM: Photographer arrives to capture getting-ready photos. 

• 10:00 PM - 12:00 PM: Hair and makeup for the bride and bridal party. 

• 12:00 PM - 12:20 PM: Bride puts on her dress, with opportunities for photos. 

• 12:45 PM: First look with Bridesmaids

• 1:00 PM: First Look with Bride’s father and/or brother 

• 1:15 PM: First Look with Groom and portrait photos to follow. 

• 1:45 PM: Bridal Party Photos

• 2:15 PM: Family Photos

• 3:00 PM: Formal photos wrap up. Guests begin to arrive for the ceremony.

Ceremony & Cocktail Hour:

• 4:00 PM: Ceremony begins. 

• 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Cocktail hour, allowing guests to mingle while the couple takes post-ceremony photos  

Reception:

• 6:00 PM: Reception begins with grand entrance, first dance, and welcome toast.

• 6:15 PM: Dinner is served.

• 6:45 PM: Toasts and speeches.

• 7:15 PM: Cake cutting.

• 7:30 PM: Open dance floor.

• 8:00 PM onwards: Dancing, bouquet toss, and other reception activities. 

• 9:00 PM: Photographer Leaves

Evening/Send-off:

• 10:30 PM: Last call for drinks.

• 10:45 PM: Guests gather for the send-off.

• 11:00 PM: Bride and groom's grand exit.
